All private and group sessions are for one hour. When canceling a private session, there’s a 48-hour cancelation policy. If you do not cancel your private session within the 48-hour period, you are solely responsible for losing that session. All packages expire in 8 months from the first payment date. Once any sort of payment, and/or the first session is completed, there are no refunds.

The owner of the dog agrees that Dogz101 will not be held responsible for any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, loss, and control by the actions of the dog when the dog is NOT in the sole custody of Dogz101. The owner knows that if the dog is not in exclusive custody, care, or control, the owner agrees to hold Dogz101 harmless from any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, loss, and control.

The owner agrees that when working with an aggressive dog, Dogz101 is not held responsible for any injury that may come to the owner from the dog. The owner fully understands the method, tools, and techniques that are used to train or modify the behavior, such as prong collars, slip leash/collars, bark collars, gentle leaders, easy walks, halters, electric collars, muzzles, and flat collars.

Here at Dogz101, we take pride in being an all-in-one facility when it comes to training, grooming, and boarding for your canine family member. We also like to make sure that everyone in our facility is safe and happy. To ensure this, we do require all shots to be up to date for our pups. They must be current on these vaccinations: Dog Influenza, Rabies, Leptospirosis, DHPP, and Bordetella.

We are by appointment only, so please reach out to schedule your pickup/drop off time when making your boarding appointment.

We require a $500 deposit to secure your dates for boarding. If the sum of the days is over $1000, we will require half the payment before drop off, and half before pickup. 

All grooms are by appointment only. Prices may vary, based on the individual being groomed. Call us for an estimate-based quote, as there are many factors that go into grooming safely and effectively the quotes given over the phone are just estimated and may change upon arrival.

Here at Dogz101, the safety of your furry loved ones is our top priority. We take every precaution necessary to make sure that your pup is well taken care of and comfortable. Keeping with our commitment towards your pet's safety and comfort, any dogs that come in with moderate to severe matting may need to be shaved to alleviate any and all discomfort.

After your dog has had its spa treatment with us, we will make all attempts to reach out to you. There will be a doggie day care charge after an hour has passed from finishing the grooming services. If extended time needs to be given, we will work with you as best as we can to accommodate those needs.

All pet owners must make us aware of any health-related maladies or issues prior to the appointment time. If we notice any open wounds or injuries during the grooming service, the dog will be promptly returned to its kennel, and we will reach out to the pet parent.
