Grooming Services

20 Minutes Late Policy:
If you are here later than 20 minutes of your scheduled appointment, we will not take your dog in for their appointment, and you will need to reschedule. The first offense is a $20 charge, and we will REQUIRE you keep a card on file, and in the event you are late for the second time, you WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL for the total grooming price in your previous groom and/or be charged based on the size of your dog.

No-Call-No-Show Policy:
In order to cancel your appointment, you must call to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your grooming appointment. If you fail to show up to your grooming appointment, you will be charged a $20 fee, and we will REQUIRE that we put your card on file. In the event you no-call-no-show for the second time, you WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL for the total grooming price in your previous groom and/or be charged based on the size of your dog.

Late Pick Up Fee

Our grooms generally take 3-4 hours, if you have multiple dogs, a matted dog, or a dog with a lot of coat, this may take longer. You will need to pick up your dog(s) within 1-1.5 hours of when they are done with their appointment. If you are unable to make it in time, you will be charged a late fee of $22 per dog. Please plan accordingly. 

Equipment Damage

You are liable to pay if your dog damages any of our equipment.

Zoom Groom

Our groomers take multiple dogs and appointments are staggered. If you need your dog done by a certain time, an additional $30 zoom groom fee will be charged in order for us to block the schedule off so your dog is the only dog in. 

Potty your dogs

If your dog relieves itself during its appointment, you may need to pay an additional bath charge for the additional time and resources to rebathe your dog. 

Demat Fees

Additional demat fees may apply depending on the condition of your dog's coat, and this may incur additional costs, as it takes extra time and a toll on our groomers and their tools to demat a dog.
